This Privacy Policy explains how Subhanallah Trade House (“STH”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you browse the website, submit an inquiry, apply as a dealer, register a product, request support, verify a product or submit a warranty claim.
Draft website policy for implementation. Replace all demonstration contact details, warranty periods, operational promises and company identifiers with verified STH information, then obtain review from a Bangladesh-qualified legal professional before publication.
Scope and operator
This policy applies to the STH corporate website and the forms, APIs and support routes available through it. It does not automatically govern an independent dealer’s own systems or privacy practices.
The final published policy must identify the legal business name, registered address, responsible contact and any data-protection contact used by STH.
Information we collect
Depending on the service, we may collect name, phone number, email, business name, district, division, business background, product interest, expected quantity, showroom information, product model, serial number, purchase date, dealer or seller identity, invoice reference, vehicle or controller information, issue descriptions and messages.
The website may also process technical information such as page URL, date and time, browser user agent and a one-way hash of the network address for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention. The current version does not intentionally use advertising trackers.
How information is collected
Information is collected when you provide it through a form, communicate with STH, purchase or register a product, submit a claim, request technical support, apply for dealership or ask STH to verify a transaction.
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, passwords, payment credentials, national identity documents or third-party information unless STH has specifically requested it through an approved secure process.
Purposes of processing
We may use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, assess dealer applications, identify products, register warranties, process claims, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain business records, improve services and meet legal, accounting or safety obligations.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to applicable law and any other lawful basis or record-retention duty that continues to apply.
Legal basis and fairness
STH intends to process personal information lawfully, fairly and for defined purposes under applicable Bangladesh law, including the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 where it applies.
Depending on the context, processing may be necessary for consent, pre-contract steps, performance of a transaction, legitimate business administration, safety, fraud prevention or a legal obligation.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with authorized STH personnel, the relevant dealer or service point, product suppliers, logistics or technical partners, professional advisers, hosting or communications providers and public authorities when lawfully required.
STH should use appropriate contracts and access controls when a service provider processes personal information on its behalf. Information is not to be sold as a standalone marketing database.
International processing
Some supplier, hosting, communication or technical support relationships may involve processing or access outside Bangladesh. Any such transfer should follow applicable legal requirements and reasonable protection measures.
The final policy should name material international processors or categories once the production hosting, email, analytics and support systems are selected.
Retention
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably required for the stated purpose, transaction records, warranty or support history, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal or accounting obligations.
Different records may have different retention periods. STH should establish and document a production retention schedule before launch.
Security
STH uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and service. The lightweight website uses same-origin API requests, input validation, rate limiting and protected storage locations, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Users should not send confidential documents through an unapproved channel. STH should maintain access controls, backups, incident handling and secure deletion procedures for the live deployment.
Your requests and choices
Subject to applicable law and verification, you may ask whether STH holds your personal information and request access, correction, an understandable copy, withdrawal of consent, restriction, deletion or other available rights.
A request may be limited where records must be retained for a transaction, warranty, legal claim, fraud prevention, safety or another lawful reason. STH may request information needed to verify identity and locate the record.
Cookies and local storage
The current website is designed without advertising cookies. It may use essential browser storage or server-side technical records to provide navigation, form security and basic functionality.
If analytics, embedded media, advertising or other non-essential technologies are added, this policy and the Cookie Policy must be updated before activation and consent controls added where required.
Children
The website is intended for business customers, vehicle owners, dealers and adults. STH does not intentionally invite children to submit personal information independently.
Where information concerning a child or a person unable to provide valid consent is required, the production process should obtain authorization from a parent, guardian or legally authorized person as applicable.
Changes and contact
STH may update this policy when its services, systems or legal duties change. The updated date should be shown and material changes communicated through an appropriate channel.
Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the Contact page, by calling the published STH phone number, or by writing to the verified postal address. Add a dedicated privacy email only after the company confirms and monitors it.
