Important Limitations
What verification does and does not prove
A valid serial does not prove that a product has never been modified, damaged, transferred, resold or used outside the warranty conditions. A copied serial on another item also requires physical review.
When product appearance, seller information or documents do not match the result, stop the transaction and contact STH with clear photos and the seller details.

Why is my serial not found?
It may be entered incorrectly, not yet uploaded, outside the supported product set or not a recorded STH product. Contact support with a label photo.
Does “valid serial” guarantee active warranty?
No. Warranty status is separate and remains subject to the applicable policy and claim cause.
Can someone copy a genuine serial?
Yes. A lookup cannot by itself detect every copied label. Compare the physical product, model, seller, documents and security markings.
What should I do before paying a dealer?
Verify the dealer identity, exact product, serial, quotation, warranty and invoice terms directly.
