Check that battery and charger model, output and connector are the approved combination.
A general charging workflow for electric three-wheeler lithium batteries. Always prioritize the exact battery and charger instructions.

Charging Steps
Check that battery and charger model, output and connector are the approved combination.
Do not charge if there is swelling, impact damage, water ingress, exposed wire, smell, smoke or unusual heat.
Use a dry, ventilated, supervised area with suitable electrical supply and a clear exit.
Follow the model sequence and never force, adapt or reverse a connection.
Observe normal charger indication and check for abnormal heat, noise, smell or interruption.
Follow completion indication, disconnect correctly and store the charger/cable without strain.
Protect the System
Same connector or market voltage wording does not prove compatibility.
Heat marks, cuts, loose pins or exposed conductors require replacement or qualified repair.
Stop immediately for smoke, swelling, smell, sparks or rapid heat.
Never bypass BMS, fuse, relay, interlock or electrical protection.

Fleet Charging
Charging several vehicles at the same time can overload wiring, sockets, distribution boards or building supply even when each individual charger appears small. A qualified electrical assessment should consider total current, diversity, cable length, protection, ventilation and operating schedule.
Keep charging aisles and exits clear, label chargers by battery model, inspect cables regularly and record repeated charger or battery behavior.
Helpful Answers
Follow the model and operating plan. Partial charging may be acceptable for some systems, but use only the approved charger and process.
Some temperature rise can occur, but severe, localized or increasing heat requires stopping and inspection.
Follow the model temperature guidance. A hot battery may need to return to the approved charging range first.
Yes. Keep the battery, charger, connectors and AC supply dry and within the stated environmental conditions.
