These terms apply to dealer applications submitted through the website. They govern the application review only and do not themselves create a dealership.
Draft website policy for implementation. Replace all demonstration contact details, warranty periods, operational promises and company identifiers with verified STH information, then obtain review from a Bangladesh-qualified legal professional before publication.
Accuracy and authority
The applicant confirms that submitted information is accurate and that the person submitting it is authorized to act for the named business.
STH may request supporting documents and may reject materially false or incomplete applications.
No automatic approval
Submission, acknowledgement, meeting, sample order or preliminary discussion does not guarantee approval.
STH may approve, reject, defer, limit or request changes based on territory, product, business and operational considerations.
No exclusivity or rights
An application does not grant exclusivity, territory, credit, minimum margin, stock reservation, trademark use, website listing or authority to represent STH.
Any such right must be expressly granted in a written agreement or approval.
Application information
STH may use applicant information to evaluate the business, contact references where authorized, assess market overlap, prepare commercial discussions and maintain an application record.
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Costs and confidentiality
Each party bears its own application and negotiation costs unless agreed otherwise.
Commercial information marked or reasonably understood as confidential should not be disclosed or misused, subject to any later agreement.
Brand use before approval
Applicants may not advertise themselves as authorized, use STH or Green Power signage, copy official materials or collect customer orders as an approved dealer before written authorization.
Due diligence and contact
STH may verify business identity, location, capacity and reputation using reasonable sources and applicant-provided references.
The applicant permits STH to contact it using the submitted phone and email about the application.
Withdrawal and records
An applicant may withdraw before approval by contacting STH. STH may retain an appropriate record for administration, fraud prevention, legal obligations or future applications as described in the Privacy Policy.
Next agreement
Approved applicants may be required to sign a separate agreement covering products, ordering, payment, targets, territory, branding, support, confidentiality, termination and dispute handling.
If no separate written authorization is issued, no dealership exists.
